I will help you negotiate the best home price, source contractors for inspections/repairs and advocate for your ideal timeline. It’s true that buying or selling a home can be one of life’s most stressful events, however having a rock solid home buying and selling team will enable a smooth process.

Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com may be able to tell you how many bedrooms and bathrooms a home has, but it won’t tell you why it fell out of escrow twice and is back on the market at a reduced cost. I make it my business to find out as much information as possible about a home before you put an offer in. This includes comprehensive comparables with other homes recently sold in the area including ones that sold off market. I also strive to help you fully understand the ins and outs of the LA marketplace and set your expectations for purchase contract negotiations or pricing your home to sell from the start. I believe in keeping you in the loop!

From start to home, I’ll be your point person connecting all the members of your team together. The lender, title officer, escrow personnel and agent on the other side of the transaction all need to be in constant communication to keep things moving forward. I’m a big believer in technology helping us to be better communicators and you’ll find that I rely on it a lot during our transaction. Whether it’s Facebook ads for your listing or a Trello buyers checklist shared to your phone, we’ll be working together as a team to create the ideal buying and/or selling experience.

You’ll have a personalized MLS feed sending you all homes on the market that meet your criteria. We can tweak this and change as many times as needed. Then, we get to go house shopping – the BEST part!

OFFER + ESCROW

Found something you love? Let’s make an offer and start negotiating. Sometimes you can go through several offers until you get accepted. The escrow process and typically takes 30 days.
